They perceive an opportunity to acquire a significant amount of market share on specific Niche Devices and Products that will attract Highly Qualified Distributors, Wholesalers, Retailers that are Consumers driven by providing High Tech precision Devices that utilize the Internet and Wireless Technology.

Management Team

Managing Director Stanley J. Bien

Mr. Bien will be based in the US and will solicit, negotiate and execute the Exclusive Distribution Agreements and Administrate and Manage the Exclusive Distributors Performance for all the Devices.?? He will personally develop the procedures and techniques for Managing the Distributors based on the content of the individual Agreements.? Additionally he will provide "hands on training" to Distributors if needed to ensure and increase the Company's ability to grow.

General Director Carlos C. Hung

Mr. Hung will be based in Zhuhai, China and will oversee all present and future R & D via his Potency, China Company.? Additionally, he will negotiate an over see all Device manufacturing in China so the company has total assurance of up to date Quality & Control Manufacturing procedures in place at all times.? Mr. Hung will utilize his China, Potency staff to assist in developing new Devices, Products and Systems by ongoing R & D efforts.
